Shipping Hours & Cut-off

We operate from Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM, excluding postal holidays. Orders placed before 9 AM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Details

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99.99 within the United States. Free shipping will be via UPS Ground, DHL eCommerce, or USPS services. We reserve the right to select the shipping provider and service level at our discretion for free shipping. Upgraded shipping methods are available at checkout.

UPS Shipping Options:

• UPS Ground / Home Delivery — 3 to 7 Business Days (within the continental U.S.)

• UPS 3 Day Select — 3 Business Days

• UPS 2 Day Air — 2 Business Days

• UPS Next Day Air — Next Business Day by 3 PM (to most non-rural areas)

• UPS Early Next Day Air — Next Business Day by 10:30 AM (to most non-rural areas)

USPS – U.S. Postal Service Shipping Options:

• USPS First Class Mail — 3 to 6 Business Days

• USPS Priority Mail — 1 to 3 Business Days

• USPS Express Mail — 1 to 2 Business Days

Tracking Information: If your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow 24-48 hours for updates. Tracking information is typically updated once the package is picked up by the courier.

Saturday Delivery:

• Available for all USPS services.

• Available for UPS Next Day Air only.

• UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless UPS Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery Option is selected. Orders must be placed before 1 PM on Friday (1:00 PM for orders shipping to Canada) to receive Saturday delivery.

Additional Shipping Notes:

• UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. For P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, please choose USPS.

• An adult signature is required upon delivery.

• Shipping insurance is optional and may be added at the customer’s discretion.
